Months of paperwork became one portal.
A foreign-investment programme ran entirely offline, and nobody could see where an application stood. Processing time came down by half.

Visible to applicant and staff alike
Two existed only to chase paper

The problem
Registering under a government-funded foreign investment programme meant months of offline paperwork, local document requirements, and no visibility at all into where an application stood. Applicants phoned to ask. Staff dug through folders to answer, and much of the delay sat in steps that neither side could see.
What we did
Discovery sessions with the programme stakeholders to map the process people actually walked rather than the one the published guide described, then UX/UI design and a custom web application: document upload with validation on entry, overseas employee registration, visa management, appointment booking, and stage-by-stage tracking.
The result
Processing time halved on the programme's own case load. Wrong documents get caught on upload instead of six weeks later, appointments that needed a trip across town are a slot you pick, and every applicant can see the stage they are at without calling anyone.
Diagrams we drew from the measurement report, on a plain document background. No screenshots of the live site, and no client named: this was delivered white-label for another agency, so the name is not ours to share.
Sat with the people processing applications and mapped the real path, not the published one.
Ranked the failure points by how much waiting each one caused, and ignored the ones that only annoyed people.
Designed and built the portal around the top of that list: upload, registration, visas, booking, tracking.
Measured against the programme's own case load. Processing time down by half.

Thirty minutes, no pitch. You give us the URL when you book, we run your PageSpeed score and the AI visibility test before we speak, and you keep the findings. This case stays unnamed: it was freelance work for another agency, so the name is not ours to give.
